The service is free and you can either create a reminder email or forward an existing email. The second resource is http://www.ohdontforget.com/ This is a reminder service for text messages. You can enter your mobile number, date, time, and information and a text will be sent to your phone. It's as simple as that. The basic service is free, but there are options to upgrade.
